Detect the myoelectric value, compare the myoelectric value with the preset threshold, and there should be electrical stimulation output after reaching it. ETS (EMG Triggered Stimulation) is primarily used for the training of weak skeletal muscles, but also found to be very effective in pelvic floor strengthening.

Mirror
Using mirror therapy (left/right discrimination exercises), the movement of the non-paralysed side of the limb is copied to the paralysed side.
